DC Celsiusweg 16 concerns a state-of-the-art logistics complex of approximately 10,600 m². The development is located at business park Venlo Trade Port, the logistics hotspot in the south of the Netherlands.

The construction phase of this project will start before the summer of 2024 and will be built and certified according to BREEAM Excellent standards.
